1.  Beating Burnout: Part 1

  • Description:  This workshop will be broken down into a two-part series over two days. The first workshop will review the signs and causes of burnout. We will also discuss strategies to cope with burnout using a personalized prevention burnout plan. The second workshop will focus on finalizing that plan and nursing yourself back to physical, emotional, and mental health to succeed in college.
