Research FAQs: Limiting results by Publication Date

Answering Students' Most Asked Library Questions

Limiting Results by Publication Date

Limiting your research results to the last 10 years is easy to do. The Publication Date option is located in different places depending on the database you are using. There is also an option in each database that will allow you to put the most recently published items at the top of the results list. To do this, change the RELEVANCE drop down at the top of the results list to DATE NEWEST.
