Reserving Library Study Rooms Terms & Conditions
Masking: Masking decisions remain the choice of each student and employee. We respect these choices, and we ask all people on campus to show grace and respect to those whose choice is different from their own.
Distancing: All facilities on the Lancaster campus, including dining and residence halls, will operate at full capacity. We ask students and employees to use wisdom by increasing distance as circumstances allow.
How to Reserve a Study Room Lancaster
Study rooms can be Reserved in half-hour increments (two increments=one hour).
Click on the green space next to any available study room (unavailable study rooms are indicated by a Red square.) To view more information about the study room, hover over the 'Information' icon.
To Reserve a study room, click on the rectangles next to the study room option.
To delete a reservation time, click on the trash can next to the study room selection
Fill in your information. In order to book a room, you must use your email.lbc.edu email address.
Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your reservation.
Verify your Study Room Reservation within 1 hour by clicking the link in the confirmation email!
Stop by the Information & Circulation Desk for cleaning supplies and disinfectant. Users are to clean and disinfect the study room prior to leaving at the end of the reservation time.
