LBCShare InterLibrary Loan: What is LBCShare?

The purpose of LBCShare is to LEND and BORROW materials with Libraries Worldwide.

What Can you do with LBCShare?

With LBCShare you can: 

  • Place interlibrary loan requests (Request Books/Articles from OTHER Libraries)

  • Track your requests

  • Renew items

You Can Also: 

  • Enable email or Text message updates

  • Access any article or book chapter you have requested via your account for 30 days and can be viewed up to 5 times, Please print or save the article or book chapter to access it beyond the limits stated above.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for messages from  no-reply@oclc.org curtsey and overdue notice 

LBCShare: Interlibrary Loan

Make a Copy Request:

Option #1:

  • Go to https://www.lbc.edu/library/
  • Search for the material you want to request
  • Click on the Request It
  • Fill out the Form, making sure that Copy request is identified in the drop down and Click Submit

Option #2:

  • Use the link Bellow
  • Sign in with your LBC Credentials
  • Click on the Requested tab
  • Choose the Article form
  • Put in the information about the material you want to request
  • Click Submit!

 

Request It

Make a Loan Request:

Option #1:

  • Go to https://www.lbc.edu/library/
  • Search for the material you want to request
  • Click on the Request It
  • Fill out the Form making sure that LOAN request is identified in the drop down and Click Submit

 

Option #2:

  • Use the link Bellow
  • Sign in with your LBC Credentials
  • Click on the Requested tab
  • Choose the Book form
  • Put in the information about the material you want to request
  • Click Submit!

Setting Communication Preferences

Prior to creating your first request, set your communication preferences.

Be sure to : Enable email updates, and/or text message updates.

To Login to My Account click the link: 

Then using your LBC credentials, authenticate.
